Baked Bags Shipping Policy

Our orders are shipped within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are

processed over the weekend, but not on major holidays. Transit times are dependent on

the size of the order.

Some orders get processed and shipped within 1 hour of the order being placed. Once

orders are processed, we can no longer cancel or update the orders.

Baked Bags ships to many parts of the US at a flat rate based on the size of your order.

$500-$750 --> $50

$750-$1250 --> $75

$1250-$1500 --> $90

What we deem as damaged:

Packaging arrive damaged in transit (requires photo evidence)

Some of your order is missing due to the box/packet opening in transit (requires photo

evidence)

Please contact us immediately if your items have arrived damaged or something is

missing. Must submit photographic evidence of tampered items.

What we do not cover:

Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you.

Delays in transit.

Order marked as unfulfilled or unshipped. This may be due to inventory issues or

dispatch delays.

If you requested items to be left outside your property and they go missing - this waives

the right to any claim as per carrier terms and conditions.

How to submit your claim:If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us at wholesale@bakedbags.com from

the email address you used to place your order. A member of our team team will assist

you within 2-3 working days. What to include in your claim:

Description of your issue

Photo evidence of damage

We will continue to track your parcel and should it appear, we request it be sent back to

us at our expense.

We ask that you do not get in touch with us regarding a missing parcel until the allotted

time has passed for it to be deemed as lost.

Our products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. However, it is your

responsibility to determine whether these products can be lawfully shipped to and

possessed in your state or jurisdiction. We make no representations regarding the

legality of these products at the state or local level and disclaim any liability arising from

your purchase in a restricted area. We do not ship to Alaska, California, Colorado,

Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Utah or Vermont.

We only ship some of our products per state guidelines to Texas, Delaware, Indiana,

Iowa, Kansas Michigan, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Washington, Arkansas, Minnesota,

Mississippi, Nevada, Oregon and New Hampshire.
